3. Eligibility

．Must be at least 18 years old and legally recognized as an adult in their resident country (“Valid Entrant”).

．Unsupported Regions
If the winner lives in a country or region where Steam Wallet Codes (or excluded from the outlined countries below) are not supported, the gift will be seen as forfeit and a new winner will be drawn.

．Employees of ENERMAX and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway.

4. Prize Delivery

．Prizes are delivered via email.

．The Prize is limited to one per person, repeated wins will be redrawn

．Winner must have a Steam account and provide a valid email address to redeem the code.

．The winner is not allowed to share the Steam Wallet Code with anyone.

．Prizes will be delivered within 14 days after the winner announcement of Steam Wallet Codes Giveaway.

．Each participant must keep the Instagram account public and ensure the account is able to receive direct messages to avoid missing the winner notification. Winners will be contacted via the @officialenermax account, and a screenshot will be provided as proof. Winners must also provide a valid email address for the delivery of the Steam Wallet Code.

5. Prize Conditions

．The prize is non-transferable.

．No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is allowed.

．All prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

．Failure to meet any conditions outlined in this document may result to the prize being awarded to a different person.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

．Winner will be selected at random, using a random selection program.

．Winner will be announced before 25 September 2025.

．ENERMAX is not responsible for failure to receive notice due to spam/junk mail or incorrect contact information.

．If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days, or does not return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

．Prize receipt is conditioned on compliance with all applicable laws in the winners local region.

．Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification at the sponsor’s sole discretion, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

7. Sponsor Rights

．ENERMAX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time.

8. Compliance

9. Participant Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ENERMAX, its affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative actions by third parties that result from or relate to any actual or alleged breach by You of any representations, warranties, or undertakings in these Terms and Conditions.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, regardless of any conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from the Event or these Terms shall be resolved by the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan. Any provision deemed invalid by a competent court shall be severed, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by ENERMAX to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver. ENERMAX shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned or otherwise transferred by You to any third party; all unauthorized assignments are null and void. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Event and supersede any prior agreements, communications, representations, or discussions, whether oral or written.
