Hybrid Immersion Cooling for AI Workloads
ENERMAX introduces its next-generation Hybrid Immersion Cooling platforms for AI training and inference workloads, combining immersion and phase-change cooling to improve thermal efficiency and stability in high-density environments.
The Cirrus Mk II features a patent-pending system with up to 4500W thermal dissipation capacity, designed for high-density AI compute workloads including training, fine-tuning, and inference. It integrates Daikin Daisave SS49 low-GWP refrigerant and real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow rate, and ΔT for stable sustained operation.
CRPS to Rack-Level Power Architecture
ENERMAX presents its AI server power portfolio, covering CRPS (Common Redundant Power Supply), and rack-level Power Shelf solutions.
CRPS products range from 920W to 3200W, supporting Platinum and Titanium efficiency for AI server and GPU platforms. The RSE320T delivers up to 3200W with a 54V DC architecture optimized for next-generation server systems.

At the rack level, the 18kW AI Embedded Power Shelf supports 800V DC input and up to 99% efficiency, enabling scalable parallel operation with PMBus-based monitoring and event logging for improved system visibility and control.
HVDC and BBU Power Systems
As AI power density increases, HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is emerging as a key data center architecture.
ENERMAX showcases the MVR-800VDC HVDC platform for 10kV–35kV infrastructure, reducing power conversion stages and improving system efficiency through centralized DC distribution.
The ORV3 55kW HPR BBU system provides up to 33kW backup capacity with a modular 50V 5+1 redundant design, supporting short-duration peak loads for high-density AI environments.
