2. Eligible Regions

• This giveaway is open exclusively to residents of Germany.

3. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally recognized as an adult in Germany.
• Must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account to receive notifications.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected under the supervision of ENERMAX.
• Winner will be announced on 17 September 2025.
• Winners will be contacted via the official ENERMAX Facebook or Instagram account

• Participants must ensure their social media accounts are able to receive direct messages, sponsor is not responsible for failure to receive notice due to spam/junk message or incorrect contact information.

• A screenshot of the winner notification may be provided as proof of contact.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
• Prize receipt is conditioned on compliance with all applicable laws.
• Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification at the sponsor’s sole discretion, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
• ENERMAX will not collect or retain any personal information for this competition. After the winner(s) have been contacted and prizes delivered, all personal details will be permanently deleted from our inbox.
